WHO’S THERE? YOU!

Join us on a journey backward, forward, and inward through time. We will go from birth to death and the afterlife, seeing our true Self through the layers of physiology, psychology, and spirituality. Unlock your true potential through compassion, forgiveness, and love toward others and toward your own Self.

Dr. Rishi R. Bhardwaj highlights the importance of understanding our subconscious influences that come from our family, peers, society, and environment. Growing up, he was deeply influenced by his parent’s tumultuous relationship, the difficulties of cultural assimilation, and the loss of his mother to domestic violence in India. This experience motivated him to integrate spiritual healing and psychotherapy in his practice to treat patients more holistically.

In this book, Dr. Bhardwaj shares the impact of past experiences and social-cultural attitudes on our present lives and how we must use our awareness to remove these strongholds so that we can achieve true freedom and joy.

WHO IT IS MEANT FOR

This book was meant for anyone who has suffered, anyone who is confused and anyone who is just curious. It is written as a timeline from birth to death and the afterlife so that anyone at any point in their life can read it and have a better understanding of their life journey.

It is a point of view of life, open to all agreements and disagreements. The author has a point amongst millions of others, just like a piece in a jigsaw puzzle. The goal is to unite all these points of view or more importantly, to touch just one soul to whom it makes sense and help them along their way to a better life, full of joy and contentment.

About the Author

We all have had a myriad of experiences that subtly make their way into our subconscious mind and subsequently show up in our physiology and our behaviors. This is often the cause of our inability to maintain a healthy lifestyle and healthy relationships, whether that be at work or at home.

This collective experience is forgotten as we journey forward through our life but the ‘feeling’ always remains. What others have told us, shown us or expected from us creates a blueprint of our thoughts and actions.

This book is supposed to be a gentle guide through our life. It is meant to help us understand why we make certain decisions along the way and the impact those decisions have on others. It is meant to open up a path towards better understanding of our life journey through compassion and forgiveness. It includes the various phases of life at a biological, physiological, emotional, and spiritual level.
